Jakob Brandstätter, an artist from Ramsau am Dachstein, is developing a new work at nōa. His paintings are created from superimpositions, repetitions, and slight shifts. Forms appear, disappear again, and change with each step. Fragmentary, conceived on a large scale, without a fixed beginning and without a clear end.
The stairwell becomes part of the work. The way up carries the images – level by level, step by step. Not a classic narrative, but an experience that unfolds in passing. Everything is still open. You can start discovering in June.
